What's for Dinner, Mon., Jan. 8, 2024

Appetizer is crackers with chicken liver spread, sliced red onions, and capers.

Coleslaw made with thinly sliced cabbage leaves from the garden; crab cakes and a couple large shrimp.

Dessert will be blueberries and vanilla Greek yogurt. Chopped, toasted almonds with crystallized ginger and a little agave. One lemon cookie.

Carrots, onions, celery, fire-roasted tomatoes (canned), fennel, kale, oregano, turmeric, bay leaf, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, rotisserie chicken, chicken bone broth. Easy and yummy.
