What's for Dinner, Tues., Jan. 9, 2024

Roasted rutabaga cubes using olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary.

I mght put a German bratwurst on the rutabaga sheet pan.

Apple blossoms, which will go in the oven with the rutabaga cubes. No sugar ice cream on top.

No dessert tonight, but a decaf coffee.

Having a bit of trouble, cooking for just me. Just didn’t find the energy to make the Cornish game hen,,
Yeah, i suck right now as a cook.

Thawed the rest of the huge package of paneer I bought at Costco (do they sell any other quantities?) and will simmer it in Trader Joe's tikka masala sauce, along with some more onions. Also TJ's tadka vegetables and some leftover rice and mushrooms is sort of close to a biryani if you squint.
