Sausage Rolls
I wanted something different for breakfast. Easy to make. Grab-and-go.
I bought a package (10) of beef breakfast (precooked) sausages. Took out 4 to defrost (ca. 45 minutes).
Got Pillsbury Pop-N-Fresh Buttermilk Biscuits (8). Rolled out each of four biscuits to a little less than 3".
Rolled up four sausages in the biscuit dough tightly and pinched the seam. Baked at 375 for 12-15 (golden brown).
Perfect.
