For mascarpone. I sliced cucumber and red onion for the top. Will grind my pink Himalayan salt over it, too.

Also made pork breakfast sausages flavored with maple.

Decaf coffee.

It’s not like I’m addicted or anything. Maybe fried eggs later. I’ve been cooking my eggs in chili crunch, which is super tasty.
