Found a recipe for coffee cheesecake!

I typically don't eat ice cream unless it's in the evening. I can only have a couple of bites and even then I feel sluggish and icky afterwards.

But I love (with a capital L-O-V-E!!!!) coffee ice cream, so today I had some after lunch.

Then decided I just had to see if I could find a recipe for coffee cheesecake.

Found one! It's incredibly similar to the ATK recipe I use for lemon cheesecake, so I'm hopeful.

Hoping to make it soon--maybe for Mother's Day.

I am no baker what so ever, but I love coffee and I love cheesecake. So I am gonna attempt this.
Hope I don’t do it too good. Can’t afford new cloths.

IF

it comes out like my lemon cheesecake, it will freeze well.

There's only 2 of us in this house, so when I make a cheesecake, I end up freezing half of it. I just cut it into slices and put it in the freezer on a wax-paper lined sheet pan. After a couple of hours, I wrap the slices individually in plastic wrap, and then put all the slices in a freezer bag.
