Prepping veggies for roasting, marinating a steak and kitchen dancing!

Potatoes, yams, carrots and onions, some garlic - all slathered in oil and spices. Steak in Worcestershire sauce to roast at the end. And the oh so retro celery with cream cheese & chive filling.

on top. Added a little beef stock to the skillet to finish the veggies. Topped all with melted butter/garlic paste blend. Roasted for another 7 minutes. Then ran under the broiler for ~3 minutes to brown the steak.
