and a "let's see what makes a salad" with olive oil 'n red wine vinegar. Toasted garlic baguette. Fresh herbs from the yard - basil, oregano, thyme.

Sweet corn from the field, garden salad. Not sure if dessert will be homemade cherry toffee ice cream or Peach cobbler.

Smells good here Husband off on a bike ride while I stayed home to make calls for Obama and Sherrod Brown...figure this will be easy as don't know when he will be getting home.

With truffled mashed potatoes and a side of brussel sprouts with some cubed butternut squash. It's been a long time since we've had a proper Sunday dinner at Casa Ultra.

Sear both sides on stovetop with EVoo in Dutch oven. Dutch oven in 350* oven for around 30 minutes ( internal reading of 160*).
