Spaghetti/Pasta/red sauce recipes

I love red sauce and pasta. I have a chicken parmigiana recipe, but I'd love to see some new takes on my old favorites. I tasted some pasta sauce that was cooked with olives, and it was fantastic.

I'm looking to see what other do with our old stand by - Spaghetti and red sauce. I mostly make mine vegetarian because for whatever odd reason, I don't like red meats or sausage with red sauce, but I do love chicken. And cheese? More is better
