My wife just made granola (we make it in a huge pan and one batch lasts us for 2-3 weeks - we love to mix it in with a few Trader joe cereals and frozen blueberries for breakfast, or on top of home made yogurt for lunch)
she also crisped and seasoned some pita chips (made from sesame coated pita bread) for a snack for our painting with wine class tonight!
I just made granola currant molasses scones - so we can have the odd scone instead of cereal for breakfast - great with home made strawberry jam!
And I am just about to start a big roasted ratatouille with the last of our season's eggplant - for a light dinner and plenty of leftovers.
Perfect way to take anxiety out of election day - by keeping busy!
the house smells rather incredible, though it will get a bit confused once the ratatouille starts to roast!

Celebrated election day by going to lunch in the rain (though it wasn't raining in the restaurant).
