Dressing, brussels sprouts, gravy, whole-berry cranberry sauce. Didn't get my fix on Thursday.

I made split pea soup today and mistook the frozen baggies of spices; used cilantro instead of parsley - oops Thankfully it still turned out fine - just tastes a little different.

Fresh spinach fettuccine with champagne sauce.

Sauteed haricot vert with garlic, mushrooms, onions and spices.

Delish! Ate too much! Good thing she goes back tomorrow for a while.

I started off with a cup of blueberry tea and some poppyseed crackers with cream cheese and a dab of hot pepper jelly on each.

Then a bowl of Moroccan vegetable stew that I made the other day. It is very spicy!

Tonight I am dabbling in the kitchen making a couple of zucchini crust pizzas. I will put my roasted tomatoes on them; also portobello mushrooms and caramelized onions. This isn't for tonight--I will use them tomorrow.

It's thick and creamy and delicious.

I could eat cheeseburgers almost every day.
