Based on what I have around the house. Thinking of a burrito with Northern beans, onions and fried cabbage. It could be good or it could be awful.

That I plan to roast in the oven and serve with mashed potatoes, green beans w/water chestnuts, and cloverleaf rolls. Keeping it simple. Leftover pecan brownies for dessert.

The chicken was juicy and flavorful and I reworked the green beans to include bacon and onion instead of water chestnuts. I also found a little leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving that set it off just right. Hope you have a beautiful day!

small green cabbages, fresh carrots. I have a piece of pork. So it's roast dinner. A perfect night for it.

I don't have much to return on the trade. But a 10' strip of various herbs along the yard and potted greens may hold up my end of the bargain for now.
