Pasta with prosciutto and peas.

http://cookingwiththemark.blogspot.com/

Ingredients
3/4 pound spaghetti
4-6 ounces prosciutto, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth or stock
1 medium onion, chopped
Dash nutmeg
Black pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Directions
In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the prosciutto until it's crispy--about 10 minutes.
Remove and place on a paper towel. Add a little olive oil and saute the onion, Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti until it's el dente. When the onion is translucent, add the prosciutto, peas, chicken broth, black pepper, and a dash of nutmeg. Bring to a boil, then fold the pasta into the sauce and serve with Parmesan cheese.
