with diced ham, onions, sliced olives, mushrooms, bacon bits and salsa.
Toast with grape jelly and coffee to round it out.

Of course, made on my own stove, homemade is always better.

Looked a bit like this:

Used to make one with green onions, zucchini and feta cheese that looked like this:

Tomorrow will go for plain scrambled with some fresh avocado slices.
