HAM (SHANK PORTION)! It's what's for dinner.

Just came from the post-Christmas shopping trip to the supermarket.

Plethora of unsold Christmas hams, prices reduced from $1.69 to $0.99 a pound.

Probably can store in frig til late Jan or early Feb.

Stock up now and save those bones for beans and/or stock.
