Super tasty red cabbage

Ingredients
4 strips of bacon
1/4 head red cabbage, chopped
1 medium white onion, chopped
A couple dashes balsamic vinegar
black pepper to taste

Directions
In a small frying pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper toweling. Drain off most of the grease, then fry the cabbage and onion over high heat until soft, about 10 minutes, Crumble bacon and add to the cabbage and onion. Reduce heat and add some vinegar and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve.

but no one else in my family does. Maybe I'll treat myself to this and make something else for the others.
