This is a bun with sweet red bean paste inside called koshian (or Azuki paste).

Going into the oven as soon as I get home. I am excited about this. It will be very tender, as it has been sitting in buttermilk for two days.

We are going to try to catch the matinee of "Silver Linings Playbook" today, as they change the movie tomorrow. It will be the only Best Film nominee we will get a chance to see before the ceremonies. If so, then going out afterwards would be nice.

If not, I am going to make butternut squash soup and some grilled cheese sandwiches.

so I guess the movie is out, lol.

Hmmm, I still think going out out to eat is in order.

Going to hear the Detroit Symphony do Beethoven's 9th. Dinner beforehand.

Not strictly bbq as we have no grill. But done in the oven.

Training it up to Oakland tomorrow (niece's wedding). Don't want to have a bunch of leftovers on hand. I'll restock when I get home.
