It is 61 F. here. First day of the year to go outside without a coat . It won't last, but it sure feels good.

Tomorrow is a provisioning day, as we are moving on on Tuesday. So I need to clean out the fridge.

with celery, and julienne apple in a tarragon vinaigrette. So light and crispy, but cold and juicy! Will have this with sauteed turkey-breast cutlets and mashed potatoes with goat yogurt.

Edited to remove the pidgin spelling

We went out to eat and whenever fried pickles are on the menu I'm compelled to order them. My entree was fish and chips, but I skipped the chips and substituted broccoli.

I am loving Daylight Savings Time, dinner is over and it's still light outside. Maybe a short walk is in order to compensate for the pickles.

Shrimp and scallops sauteed in an onion and garlic butter sauce and then stirred into a cheese tortellini mix. Yum. Fresh asparagus as the side dish. Pretty as a pic, and twice as nice.
