didn't think about it when i was putting it together.
i've never used parsley in my mashers, but i'll try that next time.

So are heavy cream and sour cream, especially if you snip some chives into the sour cream ones.
I also like cauliflower in my mashed potatoes, but I've found that the half and half mixture is texturally weird, it's better to hold the cauliflower to a third or even less.
I'm not awfully crazy about garlic in them unless there is a steak on my plate.
