I'm on Atkins, so no yogurt.

1 scoop choc.protein powder
approx 4 oz coconut milk or almond milk (or both)
6 large fresh frozen strawberries
6 ice cubes
3 Tbsp coconut oil
3 Tbsp hemp hearts or flaxseed
2 oz heavy cream

Blend until smooth
Yields one 16 oz shake, approx 300 calories and about 8 grams carbs (less if you use Isopure Zero Carb protein)

You will up the calories, protein, and carbs a bit by using all yogurt but it's still good nutrition.

The reason I use whey is because I always have a surplus of it because I make and strain my own yogurt. Since there's a lot of good nutritional value in whey I prefer to use it when I can rather than pouring it down the drain.
