Trader Joe's Pizza dough
1 1/2 c freshly made pesto
1 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
12 oz. package quattro formaggio
1 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions
Saute onion until golden brown. Roll out dough and place on a flowered pizza pan. Top with pesto (you may have to heat it up a bit in the mircrowave to soften it.). Then top with onions, peppers, cheese and finally tomatoes. Bake in a 375° oven for roughly 45 minutes until nicely browned. Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
