3. Today is prep-day.... so I've got a couple things going.

Made a batch of black beans...... so will have them with my ropa vieja and mild cheddar in burrito type whole wheat wraps.

I've got a bunch of Granny Smiths that need to be used.... so will be making some mini-apple pies.

While I have the pie dough thawed, I'll also be making some mini-chicken pot pies to freeze for later.

And my avocados are just perfectly ripe, so I'll be making some guacamole to go with the wrap and freeze the rest for later use.

Tasteless overall, save for the bell pepper. I did my host best. Talked about the on-going game while adding curry powder, black pepper, soy sauce to my plate...
