Pasta Zorba

Ingredients
1/2 pound spaghetti
3/4 pound raw shrimp
1/3 pound crumbled feta
a bunch of baby spinach, chopped
dash of chicken stock
parmesan cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Cook pasta. Drain and mix with olive oil . In a sauce pan, sauté onion until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute or two. Add chicken stock, bring to a simmer, add spinach, shrimp, and cook until shrimp is pink. Mix in pasta, and serve with parmesan and feta.

And just fold them in fresh with the pasta to wilt.

It was very good. Because I did not know what constituted a "bunch" of spinach I did not have quite enough. It was however, very appetizing.
