Chocolate peanut butter milkshake

1 banana, frozen
1 c. coconut milk (you can use nut milk or soy milk)
1 T. cocoa
1 T. peanut butter
stevia (if desired)

Whir everything up in a blender and enjoy - it's so delicious! You can also leave out the peanut butter and use fresh or frozen raspberries to have a chocolate-raspberry shake. I put my vitamin C, Biosil and MSM in them - great way to take vitamins!

Usually I have almond milk, and throw in a scoop of Sunwarrior protein powder - great breakfast that keeps me going for hours.
