Because my bride found a really inexpensive turkey at the market, plus the leftover sandwiches are always awesome!

it will either be leftover chickpea, spinach and tomato stew or some manner of pasta. i have a loaf of bread rising to go with whatever i wind up making.

edit: figured it out. i asked husband if he wanted the stew or pasta with tomato sauce and he suggested making the sauce out of the stew. works for me.

That crazy Mexican soup I made the other day. Nice big salad with the new French dressing I made yesterday.

with a salad. And I'm contemplating making a sage bread stuffing with some bread that's going stale.

ps: I had a raw salmon fillet (about a 1/2 lb) leftover from last night that I didn't cook. So, I decided to cure it with salt, brown sugar, orange zest, crushed fennel seed, and a sprinkle of vodka. I'll let you know how it turned out in 48-72 hrs. This outta be good for breakfast, on a bagel w/ cream cheese!
