is to get a group of friends together that like to cook and have everybody make a different kind and then bring them. That way there wouldn't be so much pressure on one person.

It's amazing how many strips you get out of 2 large chicken breasts!

Just pounded them out, sliced into strips and soaked in buttermilk, salt and cayenne for a couple of hours. Dusted them with flour (salt & pepper added), dipped in an egg wash and finished with a fine panco breading. Fried until golden brown.

My favorite dipping sauce is HV buttermilk ranch with a dash of Franks mixed in.

Delicious!
