And whatever else the RG cooks up. I may post back later.

I'm making the salad.

I think some chicken salad in an avocado. I also have a tub of chipotle mashed potatoes that should be very delicious and filling.

I'm currently experimenting with agua frescas. I made a water melon one today and am currently soaking rice/cinnamon/almonds for my first horchata. Wonderful stuff when it's hot and humid.

Enjoy your pizza!

I've got romaine, chicken, ham, cheese, avocado, tomato, cubed potatoes and can make a dressing.

and with a beef bouillon broth to make a lot of gravy, french garlic bread to soak up that gravy, rice to have that gravy drizzled upon, and green beans so that we have some vegetables.

I don't think anyone noticed the green beans, and I'm fine with that since I ate most of them myself.

They are pretty good, too. Not as good as their green counter part, but pretty tasty done right.

Got two big bags in my freezer right now. Just the thing to have with salmon steaks.

There was a flamenco show at a local restaurant last night, but we opted to eat on the beach and watch the sunset.

Enjoy!

Oh, and black olives. Strawberries. Good Mediterranean mix. (I'll skip the toga.)

A simple bake, with garlic, S&P. Mashed spuds (sour cream and green onion), and steamed broccoli with lemon.

(Gee, that only took 10 hrs for me to decide...)

ps: I went to three different grocery stores today to look for a reasonable beef chuck roast. What I found was really low grade beef (no marbling at all) at ridiculously high prices. As I walked out the door(s), I said to myself "They can let it rot on the shelf, for all I care!"

Arrgghh!!
