I live alone after losing my husband of almost 30 years, so I went over to my best friend's house & cooked dinner for them yesterday. It was the Chicken Paprikash recipe from the Betty Crocker International Cookbook. It's awesome. My friend's husband ate 6 pieces of chicken, LOL.

Try it, you'll LOVE it.

Splurged and bought a Williams Sonoma braising base. Instructions calls for adding baby carrots and pearl onions to the mix. I'll serve it over noodles.

Does great BBQ style pulled pork and a classic, moist meatloaf so I'm hoping for one of those.
