Overcast here today so soup and biscuits would be perfect... and I love pears and blue cheese together!

I'm taking a shortcut, though, by using Trader Joe's frozen eggplant that's already breaded. This will cut down my work considerably.

and don't stock a lot of interesting goodies. Even our deli dept choices are limited.
I havent had eggplant in forever...sounds yummy.

I went out to lunch today to celebrate Patrick's Day and am not very hungry. Think I'll have a couple of waffles, the frozen variety because they're easy. Strawberries to go with it.

7. I have a frozen pancake that I like when I am in the same mood. I've yet to find a waffle I like

and I don't make them from scratch very often.
Pancakes usually never taste as good as they smell to me, but I love the De Waffelbakker brand.

hence the only time I have waffles is if I go out for em,
and I make my own 'cakes.
