Marinated in sesame oil, soy sauce, wasabi. I would prefer grilled, but I think the man will be busy. Side it with plain jasmine rice and maybe some steamed veggies if I can find any. Haven't made it for some time now, so hopefully it will be good.

So something simple. Salad with cheese and ham.

Nothing in the garden is close to coming up yet, so I decided to hit my yard and the neighbor's yard for an old favorite of mine.

I haven't had dandelion salad in years. My grandfather used to make it every summer, and he yelled at my dad when dad decided to put down weed killer on the lawn.

I'd make it today, but the HOA here puts down weed killer also. ARGH!!!

One man's weed is another man's main course

I was running around earlier and was in the vicinity of a Smashburger, so I stopped in and had one.

with a big ol' salad. In fact, now that I think of it, I'm going to make a classic three bean salad. That's always good to have around for snacking.

and a couple Mike's Mango hard punches.
