(111,267 posts)I find the Kindle easy to use for all print and the color is good enough for my fiber trade magazines but I can't see using it for a cookbook. Besides, I'm a messy cook and might spill something and fry it and that would be a very expensive fry job.
They've killed street food stone dead here by ridiculously stringent public health laws the restaurant industry has insisted on.

(146,218 posts)I can sit it up in the galley and easily switch between recipes or link to the sauce page.
I find it much easier to use than books.
