Asian cole slaw.

I got the noodles cooked before it got to hot and have a big piece of leftover grilled chicken.

We have friends coming in to this anchorage today and will most likely have them over for dinner.

What's RG cooking up?

I've let my weight slide back up, time to get serious about dropping a lot off and keeping it off this time.

I took some 'inspirational' pics this morning (ie, ones to disgust me about how heavy I've gotten) to look at any time I think about grabbing a 'treat', so I can realize I'm 'treating' myself to a shorter lifespan and all sorts of associated chronic illness issues.

But I'm going to add extra peppers, olives, fresh garlic and anchovies to the so-called 'supreme' pizza in a box.

A lazy Monday for me.

instructions from Dr. Mercola's video on youtube.

We are having dire weather warnings from NOAA, et.al. for tornados, hail, strong winds, and other forms of pestilence. Keeping an eye on weather reports, weather band, the skies and watching the critters.

Forgot that I'm having pork tacos with corn/black bean salad. Field greens with avocado, cumin, lime. Oh, and a couple of Dale's Pale Ale which, I am happy to say, can be considered "local" since it is now brewed in NC, which is an adjacent state. Cheers.
