as the cupboards are pretty bare.

But the weather has been keeping us aboard.

So…. I've been saving this box of Kraft Mac and Cheese that my mom brought as a gift and I have a can of tuna, and slop it is!

Left over broiled pork chop, roma tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, onion, spices. Pasta shells.

Diced all the sauce stuff, browned all quick in olive oil save the romas. Added them later to simmer slow with basil, a bit of salt and sugar. Boiled the pasta with tarragon. Used some pasta water for the sauce as it cooked down. Mixed the whole with some grated Romano/Parmesan and bread crumbs on the plate.

Nice.
