The BOV800XL normally goes for $250 new. It's $180 remanufactured with free shipping. I bought mine this way several years ago and it's still going strong. It looked brand new when I got it. I use it a lot more than my full size oven.

(8,333 posts)My old toaster oven is still doing ok, but if you're recommending this oven, I'm interested in hearing more about how you use it instead of your regular oven. It sounds like a good opportunity to get it before old toaster dies.

(36,827 posts)The "smart" part of the oven adjusts to whatever you're toasting and it also has settings for pizza, cookies, warm, etc.. So depending on what setting you choose, bread gets toasted on one side, but muffins and bagels get toasted only on one side. If you've previously used the oven, it will adjust the time accordingly for consistency on the toast or bagel settings.
I have the largest size and it's big enough for a 1/4 sheet pan or a 13" pizza. It also has a convection fan. I make homemade pizza from time to time and it's not as good as a pizza stone in the big oven, but it's not too bad so sometimes I just use it instead of messing with the stone. I use it for anything that will fit inside it rather than my full sized oven. I often cook for a lot of guests so it effectively gives me a 2nd oven which is quite nice. The keep warm setting goes to lower temperatures than my regular oven so I use it quite often. The reheat setting works great for warming up leftovers so I use that quite often instead of the microwave. It takes about 7-8 minutes to warm up left over pizza and it's much better than in the microwave.
If it broke today, I'd order another one. If you look on Amazon the BOV800XL has a 4.4 out of 5 star rating with thousands of reviews.
