Anyone have a source for unenriched flour?

My wife has a genetic condition that stores iron at very high levels. Normally only 10% of dietary iron is absorbed but her body saves it all. Very bad for the heart and other organs. Enriched bread and flour contains a very high % of daily iron so I'm thinking of dragging the old bread machine out if I can find un-enriched flour.

King Arthur has a whole wheat flour without folic acid. They also have one with it, so you have to check the package carefully.

For instance, King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour has no added iron. However, the purpose of enriching flour is to restore the nutrition lost during processing white flour. So I suspect the iron content of whole wheat flour is going to be the same as enriched white flour since the RDA is the same at 8% per serving.

Lehman Brothers (an amish area company) among others sells the grain mills, and you can buy various large containers of wheat pretty much anyplace the 'disaster prepper' types shop.
