Hot cocoa mix can easily be made into chocolate pudding.

Why is this not all over the internet? It's easy; it's fast; it tastes good.

Empty a single-serving packet of hot cocoa mix into a mug. (The packet I had said to add 6oz. of boiling water.)
Mix in about 4 tsp. of cornstarch.
Add about 6oz. liquid. (I used half-and-half, but milk should work.)
Microwave at 50% power until it just starts to boil, stirring two or three times during cooking. (This took about 4 minutes.)
Stir. The pudding should be thick and creamy. If it isn't, cook it longer.
Refrigerate if you would prefer to eat this cold.

That's it. A delightful serving of pudding and no pot to clean.
