Christmas Eve Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 pound smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 small bag frozen peas
3/4 pound spaghetti
olive oil
black pepper to taste
grated parmesan
1/4 c chicken broth
pinch of nutmeg

Directions
Cook spaghetti according to directions. When done, mix in a bit of olive oil and keep warm. Saute onions in olive oil in a frying pan until soft. Add salmon and broth. Fold in pasta, add peas and cook for a couple minutes. Add nutmeg and black pepper to taste. Serve with parmesan.
