Breaded tilapia with new potatoes, asparagus and sweet onions broiled. Paprika & plain yogurt topping. Dilled peas and mushrooms, buttered. Garlic toast. Applesauce with mint on the side.

Looks like a stretch now that I'm posting, but that's where I'm starting.

...and a little veggie stir fry alongside with fresh spinach, sugar snap peas, onion, red pepper, etc. Lots of fresh ginger, good for what ails ya.

Rhubarb pie. So happy to have bags of frozen rhubarb from the summer farmers market.

with mashed spuds with roasted garlic, and roasted Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, then topped with honey after they're done.

A garlic day for sure. Hoping it helps my head cold.

And I'm planning a potato/poblano au gratin, but the thought of turning on the oven makes me nauseous right now. We shall see.

If I go out and pick up some white wine to cook with, it will be in tomato sauce, garlic, fennel, peppers, zucchini, and olive oil with thyme or rosemary as my herb. I will probably wrap the cod in parchment paper and bake. Easy.

If I don't get the wine, I'll just gently saute' it in olive oil and garlic.

To go with, some zucchini, which I think I'll bread in almond flour and parmesan.
