She's in NJ, and made it to 'decompress' after her 1 year old son was 'upset,' mildly put, at his parents' overnight absence (AND teething!) Interesting: I don't think I EVER cooked to decompress!!!

It's quite timely as next week I'll be doing my feeding the homeless gig, and I'm planning on making soup several nights. I'd already planned a chicken corn chowder, and I think I'll adapt this recipe!
