Recipe from my niece

Salsa

1 small jar Picante sauce or salsa
1 small bottle Italian dressing
1 small can kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper finely chopped
5 roma tomatoes, diced
1 small can peaches drained and chopped or
fresh peaches/ mangoes
juice of 2 limes
small bunch cilantro chopped
1 T. cumin seeds
1 T. chili powder
1 small (or to taste) chili pepper, finely chopped
Mix or blend. Refrigerated will keep up to 2 weeks
