What's for Dinner, Mon., Mar. 23, 2015

Tossed salad with red and green peppers, celery, scallions, and parmesan crumbles and on top, parmesan ranch dressing and Chinese noodles.

Main dish will be chicken and garlic scampi from the Portuguese restauran; the RG ordered me an extra meal to go so I wouldn't need to cook today. Rice, vegetables, and Portuguese potato chips to go with.

For dessert, I picked up these fabulous raspberries at Aldi's on the way home from work. That and dark chocolate.

It's hot today and I don't want to do much cooking. Going to pre-cook the chicken breast, then no more fire.

I might make some cookies after sundown, but the jury is out on that.

So sweet that RG got you a meal to go. What a sweetie.

Italian sausage with kraut. We usually do fresh Polish sausage with potatoes and kraut.

Left over. I used canned anaheim chiles -- too busy to prep fresh ones.

Maybe a radish salad alongside.

Basically, just picking at leftovers. The last of the beef stew will be tonight, and if I'm still hungry maybe some carnitas in a tortilla. Oh, and a cuke salad because that is getting a bit soft.
