I've not yet had the pleasure of meeting you here, but I've noticed all the great threads you've shared about the various components of and techniques for Japanese cuisine. I look very forward to exploring them all when time allows.

Thank you for sharing them.

The series, 6 years in the making, of Begin Japanology with Peter Barakan is a wonderful educational program about all the aspects of Japan. I have posted many of the videos in Asian group as well as sprinkled some about here so that people will see just how innovative and meticulous the Japanese can be in all aspects of their "bunka" (culture).

Tanoshi de kudasai. (Please enjoy)

which I admit barely even scratches the surface, mostly coming about through my former activities as a peace worker, hearing the adjectives "innovative and meticulous" applied surprises me not at all.

I look forward to reviewing the videos. Thank you so much again for generously sharing them.
