6 boneless chicken thighs
Turkish pepper
1/2 c olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Directions
Sprinkle the chicken with lemon juice then coat it with the Turkish pepper and marinate it for an hour or so. While it's marinating, mix a tablespoon of Turkish pepper into the olive oil. Fire up the grill and cook the chicken. Baste it a couple times with the olive oil/pepper mixture. Serve when chicken is cooked through.
