Trying out the pressure cooker to make stew tonight because I got off to a late start. They say that half an hour in the pressure cooker is like a day in the slow cooker. We'll see.

Met someone for lunch today and I had a gyro, fries and avgolemono soup. Very good, but I'm not hungry.

used up another jar of the black raspberry jam that didn't get labeled. (So I didn't know if it was from the 2013 harvest or the 2014 harvest.)

We only give away the jam or jelly we've thrown a date on, because it seems to generally be safe for at least a year, and I don't want to risk giving anybody else home canned products that might already be more than a year old, even if they still look to be in good shape.
