I have, therefore, decided to make broccoli souffle.

Gorgeous day here. I probably got sunburned working outside. Nice to have leftovers on hand.

Ratz. So Plan B goes into effect: meatloaf and potatoes, made by the RG. Persian cucumber salad with cream and dill (from garden!)

I want dessert. I think I'll be heading to the gelato aisle. We explored a dessert the other night that was really good: key lime pie gelato with Cointreau over the top. It was an explosion of citrus!

We are without children tonight so indulging in some meat that they probably wouldn't like anyway, lol.
