2 Idaho potatoes, diced
Avocado oil
Sea salt
Directions
Fire up the grill and coat the grill base with a bit of oil. Chop the potatoes into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes. Coat with the oil and bung them into the grill basket. Turn the heat down to the lowest setting and toss the potatoes frequently. When done, sprinkle some sea salt on them and serve.

Otherwise I tend to get either a) raw potatoes or b) crispy critters.

I only use charcoal, which makes heat adjustment just a bit more difficult.

I slice potatoes thin and place in heavy duty foil about 1 inch thick or less, with a splash of olive oil and usually sliced onions. Grill about 10-15 min per side. Will try w/basket.
