Great eScape Pasta!

Ingredients
6 or 7 scapes, finely chopped
1/4 c olive oil
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
1/2 pound cooked spaghetti
Parmesan to taste

Directions
Saute the scapes in olive oil. Cook for at least 10 minutes over medium low heat until soft. Turn off heat and fold in the pasta and tomatoes. Serve warm with Parmesan.

3. Made it tonight. The scapes are a little long, but some good parts near the seed head.
