I'm doing

Mexi-Meatloaf (its just turkey burger, salsa, egg, handful of breadcrumbs and 4-cheese blend shreds,
top w/ taco sauce)
Zucchini sauted w/ onions
Twice-baked potatoes
Mango Basil ice cream (from our local University dairy)

Just taking off for an honors award night. It's at a nice hotel, so maybe it won't be rubber chicken. I hope not.

I want something cold and light, and I have all the ingredients except for fresh basil. Besides, throwing everything in a food processor can't be all that bad. I'm going with Alton Brown's recipe this time. Oh, and with a crusty baguette.

Had a couple of bakers to use up.

Pulled out the food mill and started juicing today. Turned the first 3 gallons of berries into juice, which lets us have a little bit of freezer space back, since you lose about half the volume in processing out the seeds and pulp.
