(2,016 posts)and roasted butternut squash. Also, I have a couple of stale rolls, so I'll make a classic stuffing on the stovetop. And, of course, there's always room for steamed broccoli.

(106,886 posts)I use a store bought Thai curry paste that you blend in with the coconut milk. Medium spicy and really aromatic. The whole house smells like a Thai noodle place.

I'm ordering Mongolian chicken and egg rolls.

(9,825 posts)redskin potatoes, corn from the garden, sauteed cabbage, green salad with homegrown tomatoes, and pound cake with GA peaches and whipped cream.

(2,674 posts)Son and granddaughter came over, the meatballs are their favorite dish, so I made them for lunch with plenty leftovers for them to take home. Served with rice, fresh green beans, big salad with homemade tomato vinaigrette. Baked a white sheet cake and topped it with Italian cream icing with coconut, another favorite of the crew that was over here today. Also made some fresh peach ice cream, the first of the year. For Monday, I ain't cooking! We will head over to Mama's Daughter's Diner for lunch.

(35,671 posts)Also mixed vegetables in garlic, yellow rice, fresh potato chips, garlic bread. The RG had seafood stew which had shrimp, mussels, clams, squid in tomato sauce with garlic. So much seafood!
1.5 pitchers white sangria.
And chocolate mousse cake for dessert, along with almond liqueur.
