I really want to make more Chinese from the other half of the vegetables I used when I made it late last week. The trouble is that I have to teach another class today from 5:15-8:30, so I don't know if I'll feel up to it by the time I get home, which is a 30" drive. But if I do, it will be some type of stir fry vegetables using baby bok choy, broccoli, carrot, lots of scallion, ginger, and beef strips.

Plan B is garlic shrimp from the Portuguese restaurant yesterday.

before I took off to get a few more hours of contract coding work. I tried a bit and it's ready, so I switched it just over to 'warm'.
