Spaghetti squash pancakes. Mesclun salad. Pasta Puttanesca.
I saw the recipe for the pasta in a magazine, but the ad didn't carry the recipe. Instead, it referred the reader to their web site. Went to the web site. and found my favorite cookbook author, Mollie Katzen, has a free e-book there. I'm guessing the California Walnut Organization commissioned her to write it.
Here's the URL, in case you'd like to download it:

Yummmm, I love anything with walnuts in it.

(2,016 posts)I'm off to the Phoenix area tomorrow, so I'll just pick around the fridge for any leftovers and such.
Hope all have a great T-day on Thursday! I think I'll be the only one who likes the dark meat on the turkey, so I'm packing my cooler for the ride back. Leftovers!

Which probably also means leftover stew tomorrow, heh. And maybe the next day, depending.
